摘    要:实验对酚胺树脂聚醚进行了交联,得到一系列不同交联程度的非离子表面活性剂,研究了其浊度性质、表面与界面活性、聚集体尺寸以及破乳能力。结果表明,随着交联程度的增加,表面活性剂的相对分子质量逐渐增大,表面张力变化不大,浊点有所降低,同时聚集体尺寸增大、油水界面张力升高、破乳能力增强。交联对聚集体的大小影响较大,当交联剂与聚醚的质量比为0.04时,其聚集体半径由交联前的20 nm增加至465

Abstract:A series of highly branched nonionic surfactants were synthesized through crosslinking phenol -amine resin with propylene oxide (PO) and ethylene oxide (EO).The influences of crosslinking on the surface and interfacial properties,size of aggregates,turbidity properties and demulsification of the surfactants were investigated.The results indicated that,with the degree of crosslinking increased, the interfacial tension,the size of aggregates,and the extent of demulsification became larger; but the surface tension was not influenced,and the cloud point even decreased.Noteworthy,the radius of the aggregates grew from 20 nm to 465 nm,as the crosslinker-polyether ratio increased from 0 to 0.04(mass ratio).
