海洋导管架平台碰撞动力分析

摘    要:利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA程序可以进行结构动力大变形、复杂非线性准静态问题以及接触、碰撞问题的分析。尝试采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA显式方法建立船舶与导管架平台的碰撞动力分析模型,利用自动接触算法,得出了不同情况下碰撞过程中能量转变和平台上层甲板中心动力响应规律,以及碰撞点最大Von mises应力和变形,并验证了所分析结果的准确性。利用本文分析方法可以对海洋工程构件碰撞损伤程度进行预测;本文分析结果可为平台设计和损伤评估提供参考依据。

Abstract:ANSYS/LS-DYNA program can be used to analyze the structural dynamic large deformation problem,complex nonlinear quasi-static problem,and contact and collision problems.The collision dynamic analysis model of offshore jacket platform and vessel was built by explicit method of ANSYS/LS-DYNA,and the law of energy transformation and dynamic response of jacket platform deck center during different collision situations as well as the max Von mises stress and deformation of collision point were obtained by using automatic contact arithmetic.And the analysis results were approved reliable.The above analysis method could be used to calculate the collision damage of ocean engineering structures and offer reference for platform design and damage evaluation.
