云母钛珠光颜料的分散性研究

摘    要:用表面改性的方法改善云母钛珠光颜料在油漆中的分散稳定性。研究了表面改性剂及改性工艺条件对珠光颜料分散性的影响。结果表明:有机硅化合物A-151可有效地改善珠光颜料在油漆中的分散稳定性。适宜的改性工艺条件为:m(水)∶m(颜料)=(4~6)∶1,m(A-151)∶m(颜料)=0 6∶100,包膜温度40~50℃,包膜时间1h,搅拌转速200~250r/min。改性后的珠光颜料在油漆中的初始沉降时间由0 5h延长到72h。

Abstract:A surface modification process was developed to improve the dispersion stability of titania—mica pearlescent pigment in paint.The influences of surface modifiers and the process conditions on the dispersity of pearlescent pigment were studied in detail.The results show that the organic silane compound A-151 can effectively improve the dispersity of pearlescent pigment in paint. The proper process parameters are:m(H2O)∶m(pigment)=(4-6)∶1,m(A-151)∶m(pigment)=0.6∶100,40-50 ℃,1 h and 200-250 r/min.The initial precipitation time of the modified pearlescent pigment in paint was prolonged from 0.5 h to 72 h.
