膜生物反应器在生活社区中水站的应用

摘    要:青岛石老人社区中水站根据原水水质特点采用膜生物反应器处理工艺,选用高性能的膜组件,通过优化膜组件结构形成最佳水力流态,还通过试验确定了合适的工艺参数并优化了运行环境,以过膜压差作为膜污染控制指标进行在线化学清洗、定期离线化学清洗,上述措施可有效控制膜污染,保证了处理出水水质可以达到景观水用水标准,并具有占地省、运行费用低和操作灵活等特点。

Abstract:According to the raw water quality characteristics,the membrane bioreactor(MBR) technology is used in the reclaimed water station in the Shilaoren residential area of Qingdao.The high quality membrane modules were chosen,and the optimum hydraulic flow state was formed by optimizing the configuration of the modules.The appropriate process parameters were determined by means of experiment,and the operation environment was optimized.The trans-membrane pressure was used as an indicator to conduct online chemica...
