扩管轧制线顶杆位置补偿系统电液比例控制研究

摘    要:针对浙江大学研制的扩管轧制顶杆位置补偿系统,简述了顶杆位置对轧制钢管质量的影响。基于模糊决策和电液伺服控制技术提出了顶杆位置智能补偿的方案,并对具体系统进行了建模和控制分析。仿真和实际生产结果表明,该方案可以有效地实现顶杆位置的静态和动态补偿。

Abstract:On the basis of mandrill position equalization system in pipe expanding procession designed by Zhejiang(university,) the influence of mandrill position to quality of rolled pipe was introduced,After system modeling and control(analysis,) the position equalizing approach with electro-hydraulic servo scheme and fuzzy control were produced.Results of system simulation and actually producing show that this approach can effectively equalize dynamic and static position of mandrill.
