改变灌输式教学模式

灌输式教学模式不利于人才的培养。笔者从教学目标的制定、知识目标和能力培养的呼应、互动式授课方式的设置、开放性问题的设计和考核方式的改变等方面,进行了初步的探讨,希望能对国内教学的改革起到添砖加瓦的作用。

A Change for Spoon-feeding Approach

As is known to every teacher,spoon-feeding education is detrimental to talent training.Preliminary discussion is made in the paper from the course objective setting to the balance between knowledge learning and skill mastering,to the interactive approach and the design of open questions,and the assessment.We hope our work can be helpful to the domestic teaching reform.
