| Abstract: | Through four stages of analyzing and questions answering, price data collecting, list unit price and price adjustment, final price, the principle and process of foreign aid pricing tender construction were understood, so as to enhance construction quality of foreign aid pricing tender, therefore enhanced bid success ratio. |
