平转立切分活套器的改进

针对棒材切分轧制中平转立切分活套器和出口导管易发生堵钢事故以及导管寿命短的问题，福建三钢（集团）有限责任公司棒材厂通过改进，使双线轧件的平转立扭转在全长为3030mm的活套架内缓缓完成，减少了轧件拐弯和上爬的角度，并将双线出口喇叭导管由原带喇叭口的、长850mm的扭转圆导管改成长650mm的方锥喇叭方管，不仅减少了活套器内的堵钢事故，还延长了出口喇叭导管寿命。

Improvement Design of Horizontal and Vertical Switch Looper

In view of blocking accident at horizontal and vertical switch looper and exit guide tube during splitting rolling of bar at Fujian Sanming Iron & Steel(Group) Co.,Ltd.,the looper was improved.The turning times and climbing height of piece were reduced,and double stands pieces could be turned from horizontal to vertical in a looper length of 3030mm slowly completed.Meanwhile,the double stands exit round tube with bugle and 850mm length was changed to square tube with square cone bugle and 650mm length.There...
