| 摘 要： | 根据超高强度汽车大梁钢的特点和要求，介绍了莱钢开发700MPa级大梁钢的Nb-Ti微合金化成分设计及控轧控冷技术，以及该钢的组织形态和析出相分布与形貌。经检测，产品的力学性能和成型性能良好，均满足制造汽车大梁的要求。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristic and demand of super high strength steel strip for automobile frames, the Nb-Ti micro-alloying chemical composition design and controlled rolling and controlled cooling technology for 700MPa grade automobile frame of Laigang were introduced.The microstructure and the distribution of precipitation phase were observed.The results show that the properties and forming performance of this steel strip are good enough for automobile frame needed. |
