摘    要:介绍了一种基于FPGA的数字超声轮轴探伤仪,提高了超声探伤中信号的采集传输速度和分析处理能力。FPGA的使用提高了回波的数字处理能力,增强了系统的稳定性,缩短了开发时间并使修改变得方便。其中的DCM(数字时钟管理)模块将A/D芯片的时钟频率提高数倍,实现了高速数据采集。数字滤波模块采用高阶FIR带通滤波器针对不同频率探头分别滤波,增强了滤波效果。USB技术使得上位PC机与下位电路板的连接更加方便,数据传输速度更快。

Abstract:A digital ultrasonic axle flaw detector based on FPGA is introduced in order to increase the speed of signal acquisition and transfer and improve ability of signal processing in ultrasonic inspection. FPGA improves the digital signal processing ability, increases the reliability, shortens the development time, and facilitates the modifications. DCM (Digital Clock Manager) module from FPGA increases the clock frequency of A/D converter by several times and implements high speed data acquisition. Digital filter module chooses high-order FIR bandpass filters with different parameters applied to different transducers and enhances the filtering effect. USB technology makes the data transfer between PC and flaw detector board faster.
