| 摘 要： | 针对具有多个特征参量的产品性能可靠性评估问题,提出一种基于门限关联度的多特征量性能可靠性评估方法.该方法利用灰色系统理论中的多参数关联分析方法计算多性能特征量的待检状态与标准状态的关联度,通过关联度的大小来判断系统的性能状况,进而对系统的性能可靠性进行评估.最后以某电路为例,对其监测数据分析得出给定时间条件下,该电路的性能可靠度为0.75,从而验证了该方法的有效性和实用性. |
