一种温控定时器的设计与实现

摘    要:讨论了一种新的温控、定时电路的设计方法。以半导体热敏电阻作为温度传感元件,利用LM324集成运算放大器对采集来的数据信号进行放大,借以实现对温度的可调控制;NE555定时器作为定时器件实现对时间的精确控制,二者在电路中有机结合并得到成功的应用。该温控定时器精确度高,成本低廉,多年的使用实践证明,稳定性好,控制精确,具有一定的推广应用价值。

Abstract:A new temperature control, timing circuit design method is discussed in this paper. This method has achieved an adjustable control of temperature. A semiconductor thermistor is chosen as a temperature sensor in this method and LM324 integrated operational is utilized as signal amplifier which amplified from the gathered data, and timer NE555 is adopted as timer to achieve precise control of time. Both are organic combination in the circuit and get successfully applied. The practice results show that this temperature control timer with high precision and low cost has a good stability, a precise control, and an applied value of promotion.
