基于MSP430罗茨气体流量积算仪的设计与实现

摘    要:针对目前工业现场天然气计量情况.设计基于16饽嵌入式微处理器MSP430F157为核心的罗茨流量积算仪.采用非线性校正算法实现对流量传感器非线性特征的校正,扩大流量积算仪的量程比:采用多周期测频法,提高传感器输出信号频率测量的精度;通过引入气体压缩因子,修正流量补偿计量公式.积算仪能够更精确地实时温压补偿.文中详细介绍了积算仪的硬件和软件设计方案,经测试和实际运行表明,该流量积算仪稳定可靠,测量精度高.量程比宽,具有一定的实用价值.

Abstract:The Roots gas flow accumulator was designed in need of increasing the accuracy of natural gas measurement in practice,by using MSP430F157 16-bit as the intelligent central controller.Nonlinear correction algorithm is implemented to correct the nonlinear characteristics of the flow sensor,which improves the ratio of measuring range.Multi-cycle frequency method increases the accuracy of the signal frequency measurement.By introducing the gas compressibility factor and amending flow measurement compensation fo...
