| Abstract: | Based on the comprehensive and thorough investigation and research of heat-electricity cogeneration in Heilongjiang province,the basic situation of heat-electricity cogeneration in Heilongjiang province is revealed.Using the mathematical methods and statistical analysis model and based on the reality of the situation of the province,the possible situation of heat-electricity cogeneration in Heilongjiang province in the next few years is prospected from the sustainable development perspective. |
