高寒地区隧道施工混凝土抗冻融技术研究

摘    要:高原高寒地区隧道工程中的初期支护喷混凝土和现浇衬砌混凝土,在低温拌制、运输、施工过程和养护期间会受冻,运营期间,衬砌混凝土处于干湿交替作用的环境,易产生冻融破坏.以鹧鸪山隧道工程为例,研究了高原高寒地区隧道施工的混凝土的抗冻融技术,包括合理选择外加剂种类和掺量;严格控制水灰比;原材料预热保温;增加密实度;加强施工过程和预养期间的防冻;以及衬砌防排水等.这些针对高原高寒环境的混凝土抗冻融技术措施对今后的相似工程具有借鉴意义.

Abstract:During the construction of tunnels in severe cold areas and plateaus,low temperature may make the shotcrete and cast in-situ concrete for lining freeze during the mixing,tansporting,constructing and maintaining.The environment of dry to damp in turn may cause severe damage to the lining concrete due to the freezing and thawing effect.By Zhegushan tunnel engineering,the techniques of concrete resisting freezing and thewing are researched for the tunnel construction in the frigid zones and plateaus,these tech...
