椭圆形定距柱螺旋板式换热器的传热特性研究

摘    要:通过实验对异形定距柱螺旋板式换热器的传热特性进行了研究,利用热质比拟萘升华技术,测量了Re=4200-7000范围内的圆形定距柱和两种椭圆形定距柱柱面及通道底面的对流换热系数,得出了椭圆形定距柱螺旋通道的传热规律,并对其综合性能进行了比较。

Abstract:A study was made of the heat transfer characteristics of the spiral plate heat exchangers with non-circular pin fins through experiments.The heat-transfer analogy naphthalene sublimation technology was used to measure the convective heat exchange coefficients of the circular pin fins,the column surfaces of two kinds of oval-shaped pin fins,and the channel bottom of the columns when Re= 4 000~ 7 000,the heat transfer law of the spiral channels of the oval-shaped pin fins was derived,and the comprehensive performance was compared.
