催化裂化汽油辅助反应器改质降烯烃技术的工业应用

摘    要:采用中国石油科技中心与中国石油大学(北京)联合开发的催化裂化汽油辅助反应器改质降烯烃技术对抚顺石化公司1.5Mt/a重油催化裂化装置进行了汽油降烯烃改造,增设了处理汽油的提升管+床层反应器、沉降器,且在国内首次采用了单独分馏塔方案。改造结果表明,应用该技术,可使催化裂化汽油烯烃体积分数由50%左右降低至35%以下,甚至可降至20%以下。该技术对产品收率影响较小,标定汽油收率下降5.09~5.30个百分点,轻柴油收率增加2.01~2.33个百分点,液化气收率增加1.52~2.70个百分点,焦炭增加0.20~0.54个百分点,装置综合能耗有所上升。

Abstract:Olefin reduction technology developed by the Technology Center of CNPC and Petroleum University was used to reduce the olefin content of cracked naphtha in a 1.5 Mt/a FCC unit of the No. 2 Refinery of Fushun Petrochemical Company. An auxiliary reactor containing riser, fluidized bed zone and disengaging zone was adopted to treat the cracked naphtha, and an additional fractionation tower was added. The application results showed that the olefin content of naphtha dropped from about 50% to below 35%, sometime even less than 20%%; the product yields were slightly effected, naphtha yield decreased by 5.09--5.30 percentages, the yields of LCO, LPG and coke increased by 2.01--2.33, 1.52--2. 70, and 0. 20--0. 54 percentages, respectively. The energy consumption after revamping increased.
