| 摘 要： | 全自动上芯机是用于芯片生产后工序的关键设备之一,IC检测系统是其核心技术。晶片检测系统主要构件包括光源,CCD,图像采集卡等硬件设施,以及专用的芯片处理检测算法。文章详细介绍了基于图像处理的晶片专用检测系统的搭建,分析了图像检测要求,提出了相应的检测算法。系统地完成图像采集、图像预处理、芯片定位、芯片检测等多个功能。

| Abstract: | Die Bonding machine is one of the primary equipments for chip production process.wafer detecting system consists of light supply apparatus,CCD(Charge Couple Device),image acquisition card and special algorithms for wafer detection.The wafer detecting system based on the image processing is set up in detail,and the image detecting requirements are then analyzed.The corresponding detecting algorithms are also proposed.The function of wafer detecting system,such as image grabbing,image preprocessing,chip position detection and wafer quality detection are discussed in this paper. |
