摘    要:为了解决煤矿自燃和瓦斯防治的难题,研制出新型煤矿用材料—凝胶泡沫。采用表征指标气体CO释放量减少效果的阻化率ECO、表征煤样温升速率减小效果的ET和ER等3项指标评价凝胶泡沫的阻化特性,采用自制的阻化特性测试系统测试经凝胶泡沫处理的煤样与原煤样在程序升温下的差异。实验结果表明:凝胶泡沫能有效的减缓煤的氧化放热速率,抑制煤温的升高,阻化率达到62.23%,很好的抑制了CO在自燃过程中的释放量。在不同升温阶段起主导作用的阻化方式不同,30~100℃阶段主要是凝胶泡沫本身含水及吸附空气中的水的蒸发吸热作用,该阶段和原煤样的温差不大;100℃以后,水分完全蒸发,主要是凝胶泡沫膜覆盖煤体表面隔氧阻化作用,此阶段与原煤样的温差逐渐加大,阻化效果显著提高。

Abstract:Based on solving the problem of coal mine fire and gas accident,a new type of materials,Foamed gel,was studied.The article aimed at evaluating inhibition characteristic of Foamed gel by three target appraisal,and tested the difference between the Foamed gel processed coal sample and the original coal sample under the temperature program by self-made inhibition characteristic testing system.The results of inhibition experiments show that foamed gel restrained hoist of the coal temperature because its inhibition rate reached 62.23% which controlled the release of CO and efficiently reduced the coal oxidation radioactive velocity.Foamed gel plays different role in different heating-up period.Between 30~100℃ the leading roles is evaporation function of the Foamed gel water and the adsorption air water,this stage is not too obviously;over 100℃,the leading role is the oxygen exclusion inhibition function by the Foamed gel membrane covered in the coal surface,the temperature difference enlarges gradually in this stage and the inhibition effect obviously enhanced.
