关于我国公办高校学生培养成本测算的研究

高等学校办学的生均成本是财政和教育主管部门对高校教学质量评估、财政拨款以及有效实现宏观调控的重要依据,同时也是物价管理部门对各专业收费标准定价的评定依据.目前,虽然高校生均成本测算已取得了一些成果,但许多问题仍处于摸索阶段.本文结合某高校实际情况,提出了如何计量高校生均教育成本以及如何完善高校生均教育成本计量的几点建议.

Research on the Cost of Training of Chinese Public College Students

Higher education cost per student is an important basis for the government and Education Department of the university teaching quality evaluation,financial allocation and effective implementation of macroeconomic regulation and control,but also the basis for the assessment of price management departments of various professional fee pricing. At present,although the average cost has made some achievements,but many problems still in the groping stage. This paper combines the actual situation of a university,and puts forward how to measure university educational cost and on how to improve the university educational cost measurement put forward several suggestions.
