| 摘 要： | 实现一定时期内城市的经济和社会发展目标有赖于科学系统的城市规划.科学地规划城市的性质、规模和发展方向,珍惜合理地利用城市土地,使城市空间布局和各项建设能够得到综合部署和整体安排是城市规划的重要内容.而树立生态发展观念,兼顾经济发展与生态和谐并存,才能实现城市的可持续发展.

| Abstract: | City plan is to realize the purpose of economy and social development in a certain time. It could identify the character,the scale and the development orientation of the city,take use of city land and coordinate the spatial distribution and overall reform. City plan should consist of the concept of biological development,consider of the environment develop and biological harmonious,then realize the sustainable development. |
