基于评价指标的电网数据质量评价系统设计

为提高区域性电网数据质量检测和评价能力,构建区域性电网数据质量健康管理和监控的变量模型,以电网的配电电能质量指标、输出稳定性以及电压波动等为基准变量,采用多角度评价指标分析的方法进行区域性电网数据的可靠性评估和预测,采用关联信息融合的方法信息区域性电网数据质量评价的统计分析,结合回归分析和检验统计方法实现对区域性电网数据质量评价的目标函数构造,实现区域性电网数据质量评价。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行区域性电网数据质量评价的准确性较高,对电网监测评价体系的构造完整性较强。

Design of grid data quality evaluation system based on evaluation index

In order to improve the ability of regional power grid data quality detection and evaluation,a variable model of regional power grid data quality health management and monitoring is constructed.The power distribution quality index,output stability and voltage fluctuations of the power grid are used as reference variables,and multi-angle evaluation is adopted.The method of index analysis is used to evaluate and predict the reliability of regional grid data.The method of information fusion of information is used to analyze the statistical data of regional grid data quality,and the regression analysis and test statistical methods are used to achieve the goal of regional grid data quality evaluation.The objective function is constructed to realize the regional power grid data quality evaluation.The simulation results show that the accuracy of regional power grid data quality evaluation is higher,and the structural integrity of the grid monitoring and evaluation system is stronger.
