循环水中Zn2+、Mg2+、Ca2+对溶菌酶缓蚀作用的影响

摘    要:为提高溶菌酶在循环水系统中的缓蚀效果,研究了Zn2+、Mg2+、Ca2+等循环水系统中常见的离子对于溶菌酶缓蚀作用的影响。结果表明,循环水中Zn2+、Mg2+、Ca2+质量浓度范围分别为25~100 mg/L、61.97~86.97 mg/L、107.75~182.57 mg/L时,溶菌酶的活性和缓蚀性能均有所提高;其中,Zn2+质量浓度为50 mg/L时溶菌酶的缓蚀率最高,达99.37%。

Abstract:To increase corrosion inhibition effect of lysozyme, the effects of common ions in circulating water system, such as Zn2+, Mg2+ and Ca2+, on corrosion inhibition of lysozyme were studied-Comprehensive characterization of lysozyme corrosion inhibition capacity in the circulating water system in the presence of these ions was performed. Experimental results showed that when the mass concentration ranges of Zn2+, Mg2+, Ca2+ were 25-100 mg/L, 61.97-86.97 mg/L and 107.75-182.57 mg/L in circulating water system, respectively, the activity, microbial resistance and corrosion inhibition properties of lysozyme were improved. The corrosion inhibition rate of lysozyme reached 99.37%, when Zn2+ mass concentration was 50 mg/L.
