基于多指标的鄂西传统村落居住满意度评价方法

多数传统村落居住条件差,已不适应日益提高的生活需求。运用田野调查法对鄂西45个传统村落进行走访和调查,从满意度方面对居民需求进行系统和量化研究。将影响传统村落居住满意度的目标层划分为内部因素和外部因素两个准则层,在此基础上确立9项指标和30个影响因子,形成居住满意度评价体系。利用层次分析法和模糊数学理论,分析影响居住满意度的要素。多要素的评价体系为了解传统村落居民满意度提供量化方法,为传统村落及与环境改造提供实践支持。

Evaluation Method of Satisfaction Degree of Traditional Villages in Western Hubei Based on Multi Index

Most traditional villages have poor living conditions and are no longer able to adapt to the increasing living needs.The field survey method is used to visit and investigate 45 traditional villages in western Hubei,and to conduct a systematic and quantitative study on the needs of residents from the aspect of satisfaction.The target layer affecting the residential satisfaction of traditional villages is divided into two criteria layers:internal factors and external factors.Based on this,9 indicators and30 influence factors are established to form a residential satisfaction evaluation system.Using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematical theory,analyze the factors that affect residential satisfaction.The multi-factor evaluation system provides a quantitative method for understanding the satisfaction of residents in traditional villages,and provides practical support for traditional villages and environmental transformation.
