摘    要:研究了提高淬火加热温度对5CrMnMo钢组织性能的影响,获得了性能优良的板条马氏体组织,克服了该钢常规热处理性脆、易裂、热疲劳性差、易磨损等缺陷,使提高温度淬火的5CrMnMo钢热锻模使用寿命为常规热处理的1-2倍。

Abstract:The effects of enhancing heating temperature ot quenctung on microstructure and performance of 5CrMnMo were studied.The lathing martensites with better performance can be obtained,which overcome the brittle,poor heat fatigue and poor wear and tear under normal heat treatment.The service life of heat forge mould of 5CrMnMo steel under enhancing quench temperature is 1-2 times than that of under normal heat treatment.
