摘    要:在电磁轴承系统中,位置测量误差直接影响着系统性能。通过采用最小二乘原理设计了位移测量误差加权校正公式FKS3/5,该公式在电磁轴承系统动态测量过程中满足了系统对实时性要求,提高了位移测量精度。仿真分析表明,该算法有效地降低了系统位置测量误差,提高了系统动态性能。

Abstract:The performances of EMB system are directly affected by position measurement error. The weighting correction formula FKS3/5 of displacement measurement error is given by the least squares principle, in which the real time requirement is met in the dynamic measurement of the electromagnetic bearing system and the displacement ineasurement accuracy is increased. The results of the simulation analysis show that position measurement error in system can be decreased and the system dynamic performances are increased by the algorithm.
