摘    要:介绍了中国石油锦西石化公司180万t/a重油催化裂化装置多产汽油方案的实施情况.结果表明,在原料组成和性质不变的情况下,通过采取调整LDR-100,LV-33 2种催化剂的混合比例,即将具有较高活性LDR-100催化剂占系统的藏量由40%增大至50%,以维持较高的平衡剂活性;优化反应-再生系统的工艺操作参数,严格控制分馏和吸收稳定系统的操作条件,适当提高汽油干点和蒸汽压等措施,使汽油收率提高了0.91个百分点,辛烷值提高了0.6个单位.

Abstract:The scheme of maximizing gasoline of the 1.8 Mt/a residue fluid catalytic cracking (RFCC) unit in Jinxi Petrochemical Company,PetroChina,was carried out.The results showed that under the condition of not changing the composition and character of raw materials,the mixing ratio of catalysts LDR-100 to LV-33 was regulated,i.e,the inventory of higher activity LDR-100 was increased from 40% to 50% to raise the activity of equilibrium catalyst.The operating parameters of reaction-regeneration system were optimized,and the operating conditions of fractionator and absortion-stabillzation system were strictly controlled.The dry point and vapor pressure of gasoline were properly increased.When the above-mentioned measures were implemented,the gasoline yied increased by 0.91 percent points,and research octane number by 0.6 units.
