自卸汽车起斗限行机构设计及运用

自卸汽车在举升车厢倾卸货物后,如果忽略将车厢回位而驾车行驶,极易造成重大事故。通过技术改进,在不影响汽车原有举升、制动性能基础上,置入一套起斗限行机构,通过举升车厢即制动,车厢回位则该机构制动作用解除,从而达到消除汽车举升车厢行驶的安全隐患。

After dumping goods by lifting carriage,it is likely not to return the carriage backet to the original position because of ignoring which is easy to cause major accidents. Through improving technology,a bucket limit line mechanism are located and it does not affect the original carriage lifting and braking performance. The car brakes when carriage lifting and brake relief when the carriage return,so as to eliminate hidden trouble of car driving when the carriage lifting.
