| Abstract: | Based on the difference in production process and production rnanagement, the characteristics of CIMS of iron and steel industry and machine manufacturing industry are analysed, and CIMS architecture for iron and steel plants are proposed. The concepts of distributed processing CIMS and its structure are introduced. |
