摘    要:钢铁件直接化学镀铜技术并未十分成熟,采用正交试验优选了钢铁酸性化学预镀铜添加剂组合,确定了最佳工艺参数,研究了葡萄糖用量对铜镀层性能的影响.结果表明,葡萄糖作为一种新型的添加剂加入镀液中,可以提高镀层的质量,在70 g/L时效果最好.该工艺配方合理、环保价廉、镀层结合力好、力学性能优良.在pH=1.5、室温条件下,该工艺可以替代钢铁基材氰化预镀铜,实现了A3钢在酸性条件下的化学预镀铜.

Abstract:Orthogonal tests were carried out to select additives suitable for copper pre-platingon iron and steel.The optimized plating parameters were deter-mined,and the effect of content of glucose on the properties of pre-plated Cu coating was investigated.It was found that glucoseas a new additive could improve the quality of the pre-plated Cu coating,and it showed the best performance at a dosage of 70 g/L.The established plating process had the advantages of rea-sonable bath composition,environmental protection...
