稀土元素在09CuPTiRE钢板中的作用

摘    要:研究了不同稀土、硫含量耐大气腐蚀钢09CuPTiRE热轧板的夹杂物特征和性能.研究发现,在耐腐蚀钢中,稀土的加入可使硫化物明显改性,改善钢的低温冲击韧性.当钢中稀土硫比RE/S=1.1时,钢的强度、屈强比及低温冲击韧性等性能最佳.

Abstract:This article studies the inclusion features and properties of weather corrosion--resistant hot-rolled 09CuPTiRE plate with different content of rare--earth element and sulphur, The study shows that addi- tion of rare earth element into corrosion resistant steel can obviously change the nature of sulfide and improve the impact toughness at low temperature. Steel has the optimum strength ,yield to strength ratio and low temperature impact toughness with rare earth element to sulphur ratio of RE/S= 1.1.
