摘    要:高应力气门弹簧钢丝是近年来轿车发动机中得到广泛应用的新型气门弹簧材料 ,与传统的气门弹簧钢丝相比 ,具有尺寸更小、弹减抗力好、承载能力强、使用寿命长、质量稳定性好等优点 ,并在材料成分和规格等方面形成了系列化的发展趋势。结合国家“86 3”新材料领域的“轿车高应力气门弹簧钢丝的研究开发”项目的研究进展 ,概述了 6 7CrVA超纯洁度气门弹簧钢的冶炼及其轧制工艺、弹簧钢热轧线材的扒皮工艺、半成品气门弹簧钢丝的铅淬火和成品气门弹簧钢丝的油淬火—回火工艺等关键技术的研究进展

Abstract:The high stress steel wire for valve spring is a kind of new valve spring material which is used to make valve spring of car engine at recent years Compared with traditional valve spring steel wire,it has a lot of advantages such as smaller dimension,better elastic reducing resistance,stronger loading capability,longer service life and better quality stability,and has formed seriation trend in respect of material composition and specification Combining the research progress in the project“Research and Development of High Stress Steel Wire for Valve Spring of Car”in the new materials region of “863"plan of China,the research progress of some key technology such as the smelting and rolling process of 67CrVA super purity valve spring steel,peeling process of spring steel hot rolling wire rod,the patenting technology of semifinished valve spring steel wire and oil tempered technology of finished valve spring steel wire,are summarized
