摘    要:针对模块化多电平变流器(MMC)应用于高压直流输电(HVDC)领域时子模块数目较多的需求,探讨了一种三级控制器的系统架构方法,不仅减少了子模块和主控制器之间的光纤连接数目,还增加了子模块控制的灵活性;分析了此种控制结构的模块同步问题并给出了较好的解决办法。设计并搭建了一个单相实验平台,用实验验证了三级控制器设计的可行性。

Abstract:According to the demand of the increasing number of sub-modules in Modular Multilevel Converter (MMC) used in the field of High Voltage Direct Current Transmission (HVDC), a three-level controller was discussed to reduce the number of fiber between the sub-modules and controller and increase the flexibility of the sub-module. Meanwhile a solution of module asynchronous phenomenon caused by the special controller was given. Then, the validity of the proposed controller architecture was verified by experimental results obtained from a one phase prototype.
