摘    要:基于圆柱螺旋弹簧的设计特点,建立了解决该类问题的非线性约束多目标优化数学模型。采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法,对圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧进行了优化,验证了多目标优化模型的正确性和实用性,并实现了多方案设计,为弹簧的优化设计与决策奠定了基础。

Abstract:Based on the characteristic of cylinder helical spring, it builds the multi-objective optimizing mathematic model of spring under non-linear constraints. Using the method of NSGA-II, it optimizes the design parameters of cylinder helical compression spring, proves the validity and practicability of multi-goal optimizing mathematic model, also obtains the multi design schemes of the spring, and sets up the base of the optimization and decision-making of the spring design.
