马来酸酐、苯乙烯双单体接枝ABS及其应用

摘    要:采用熔融法研究了马来酸酐(MAH)和苯乙烯(St)接枝ABS。结果表明,只用MAH单体时,MAH接枝率随MAH添加量增加而提高,接枝效率一般不超过60%;用St和MAH两种单体时,在MAH添加量保持不变时,MAH接枝率随St添加量的增加而提高,但达到一定量后开始下降。用MAH和St双单体接枝改性的ABS树脂增容的ABS/PC(70/30)合金与未增容的相比,制品缺口冲击强度提高1.5倍。

ABS GRAFTED WITH MALEIC ANHYDRIDE AND STYRENE AND ITS APPLICATION
Abstract:The graft modification of ABS resin in melting state with two different monomers maleic anhydride(MAH) and styrene was studied in this paper. The result showed that the amount of MAH monomer graded to ABS increased with increasing MAH dosage, and efficiency of grafting would be usually leas than 60% if MAH is the only monomer. Slyrene was found to be an effective co-monomer for the graft mod-ifieation of ABS with MAH, which significantly promoted both the amount of grafted MAH arid the efficiency of grafting, and its overplus would inversely influence the graft modification of ABS. A.BS grafted with maleic anhydride including co-monomer styrene was Sound to be a very good eompatibiiizer for the ABS/polycarbonate(PC)(70/30)alloy, which increased the impact strength (Notched Izod) of the alloy 1.5 times.
