铀离子的微生物吸附回收技术

摘    要:研究了指状青霉菌对溶液中铀离子的生物吸附作用.通过静态吸附实验考察了影响吸附的实验因素,在25℃、pH=4时,指状青霉菌对铀的饱和吸附量可达155mg/g(湿重),溶液的酸度是影响铀离子吸附的主要因素.Na2 CO3和NaHCO3可有效解吸菌体上吸附的铀离子.

Abstract:Biosorption is a promising technology in uranium-containing wastewater treatment field.Many researches have been done to get better biosorption technology.Penicillium digitatum was chosen as the biosorbent for adsorption of uranium from wastewater.A series of factors,such as the reaction time,pH and temperature,which might influence the biosorption,were studied systemaically by static adsorbtion test.The results show that acidity of the solution is the main factor.Its uranium uptake capacity is up to 155 mg...
