摘    要:目的:以猪肉为代表基质制备氯霉素质控样品,并探究其在快速检测方面的应用。方法:称取适量新鲜猪肉,加入一定体积的氯霉素标准溶液,经绞碎匀浆、真空冷冻干燥、粉碎、过筛、包装等步骤制得质控样品。依据CNAS-GL003:2018《能力验证样品均匀性和稳定性评价指南》对质控样品进行均匀性与稳定性评价。结果:均匀性检验结果显示制备的低、高浓度氯霉素质控样品的F值均小于F0.05(9, 10),样品间不存在显著性差异,表明均匀性良好。稳定性检验结果显示各时间段的t值均少于t临界值,表明样品在8个月存储期间的稳定性良好。结论:通过该方法制得的质控样品可适用于日常快检工作的质量控制、产品验证、盲样考核等领域,且制备方式具有可复制性。

Abstract:Objective To prepare and explore the rapid application of chloramphenicol quality control samples in pork. Methods A proper amount of matrix material was weighed and a certain volume of chloramphenicol standard substance was added. After homogenization, vacuum freeze drying, sieving,crushing, sieving, packaging and other steps, quality control samples were prepared. According to CNAS-GL003 2018 Guidance on evaluating the homogeneity and sability of samples used for proficiency testing,the uniformity and stability of chloramphenicol quality control samples were evaluated. Results The uniformity test results showed that the analytes in the low and high concentration group were less than F0.05 (9, 10), and there was no significant difference between the samples, indicating that the homogeneity of the samples was excellent. The stability test results showed the t values in each time period were less than t-critical value, indicating that the samples with good stability within 8 months. Conclusion The quality control samples obtained by this method can be applied to the process quality control in daily rapid detection operation process, product evaluation, blind sample assessmentand other fields, and the preparation method was reproducible.
