摘    要:为解决毛细管黏度计检定和运动黏度测量过程中人工操作劳动强度高、效率低等问题,利用机器视觉原理进行了黏度检测技术的研究,并设计了黏度自动检测系统,完成了系统硬件模块的设计、选型及软件的编写.采用步进电机带动摄像机对流体流动进行跟踪,用模板匹配方式识别毛细管黏度计的计时标线,模拟人工测量过程,实现自动计时.以平民黏度计为代...

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity and low efficiency of manual operation in the process of verification and kinematic viscosity measurement of capillary viscometer,the viscosity detection technology is studied by using the principle of machine vision,and the automatic viscosity detection system is designed.The design and selection of hardware module and the compilation of software are completed.The stepping motor is used to drive the camera to track the fluid flow,and the control system is designed.The template matching method is used to identify the timing mark of capillary viscometer,simulate the manual measurement process,and realize automatic timing.The constant of capillary viscometer and the kinematic viscosity of fluid samples are measured with pincer viscometer.The results are better than those measured manually.The consistency between automatic measurement and manual measurement is good,which meets the requirements of corresponding regulations and standards.It can replace the manual measurement process and significantly improve the work efficiency.
