摘    要:灌溉水利用系数是指在一次灌水期间被农作物利用的净水量与水源渠首处总引进水量的比值.开展农田灌溉水有效利用系数的测算与分析工作有助于进一步明确农业节水的主攻方向,为政府进行节水灌溉整体规划、推动节水灌溉事业的协调发展和整体进步提供参考依据.本文以盐城市盐都区为例,合理选择样点灌区,通过直接量测法测算出2020年农田灌溉水利用系数为0.670,真实反映出盐都区农田灌溉用水效率,其成果可为节水改造、农业灌溉用水管理及水资源的合理配置,决策水资源问题提供科学依据.

Abstract:Irrigation water utilization coefficient refers to the ratio of the net water used by crops during one irrigation period to the total imported water at the head of the water source.For effective utilization coefficient of irrigation water calculation and analysis will help to further clarify the main direction of agricultural water saving,water-saving irrigation overall plan for the government to promote the coordinated development and overall progress of the cause of water-saving irrigation to provide reference.Taking Yandu District,Yancheng as an example,reasonably selects the sample tank area,and calculates the utilization coefficient of farmland irrigation water in 2020 to be 0.670 through direct measurement method,which truly reflects the irrigation water efficiency of farmland in Yandu District,and the result can be water saving reconstruction,agricultural irrigation water management and rational allocation of water resources,and provide scientific basis for decision-making on water resources issues.
