摘    要:CVI设备作为制备C/C复合材料的有效方法越来越受到人们的重视,针对目前实验室CVI设备监控自动化水平不高的现状,文中就CVI工艺设备的多设备监控建立了一种DCS控制系统;以MCGS组态软件作为软件开发平台编制系统监控软件,该系统可以实现温度、真空度、电流等关键参数的实时采集、存储、判断报警和设备运行状态的实时监控以及下位设备的相关控制;现场调试表明,该系统运行稳定,可靠,为提高自动化生产水平和安全性奠定了基础。

Abstract:As a effective preparation method,CVI equipment is more and more respected.To solute the present situation of the low automated level of monitoring and controlling on CVI equipments in laboratory,here constructs a distributed control system(DCS) for multi-equipment monitoring.With the system software compiled by MCGS configuration tool software,it can well realize the target of real-time monitor and control of the multiple CVI(Chemical Vapor Infiltration)equipments in laboratory.The system can realize real-time monitor of the states of the equipments running and the running parameters such as temperature,vacuum degree and electric current.It can perform functions such as real-time acquisition,auto-saving,identification and warning.The automatic level of the laboratory is improved and the reliably and security of the production process are guaranteed.
