制备工艺条件对Ni(OH)2粒度和电化学性能的影响

摘    要:利用循环伏安法研究了不同制备条件对镍电极性能的影响,得出显著影响氢氧化镍性能的因素依次是pH值、温度、合成搅拌强度、合成搅拌时间,并讨论了制备工艺条件对氢氧化镍颗粒粒度的影响,提出了优化后的制备工艺在一定程度上可改善氢氧化镍的结构,提高镍电极的可逆性,增加其充电接受能力,从而提高了充电效率。

Abstract:The performance of nickel hydroxide electrodes with different preparing technologies are studied through cyclic voltammetry(CV).It has been found from experimental results that the factors affecting the performance of nickel hydroxide are pH, temperature, synthesizing stirring rate and synthesizing stirring time .The paper also discusses the influence of the process parameters on the granularity of nickel hydroxide.These better process parameters change the structure of Ni(OH)2 and improved the charging and discharging of the nickel electrode . The reversibility of nickel electrodes is increased.
