摘    要:以1Cr25Ni20Si2铸钢刚性体焊接为例,探讨了耐热铸钢的焊接工艺。通过多年的研究、试验和经验积累,形成了自 己独特的耐热铸钢刚性体焊接工艺。该焊接工艺可形成良好的耐高温焊缝组织,可用于大型耐热铸钢件的修复和焊接,可 延长耐热铸钢高温使用寿命,在实际生产中具有较好的实用性和推广应用价值。

Abstract:The welding technology of 1Cr25 Ni20Si2 heatproof cast steel piece is characteristic of that of rigid body of heatproof cast steel. After years of research and experiments, a unique welding technology is developed to repair large-size heatproof cast steel piece. The technology helps to produce good property structure of heatproof welding seam and prolong the service life of heatproof cast steel piece. Therefore the technology is applcable and worth spreading.
