| 摘 要： | 以聚醚酯、高级脂肪醇、混合液态烃等几种具有消泡作用的物质有机结合在一起，配以乳化剂及其他多种助剂并采用合适的乳化工艺等，制备了高效的聚醚酯／高级脂肪醇复合乳液消泡剂。考察了各种组分对消泡剂性能的影响，确定了最佳复配和乳化条件。聚醚酯用量8g、混合高级脂肪醇用量为10g及二种混合液态烃30g，配以多种乳化剂及助剂。该消泡剂适用于造纸工业体系，消泡、抑泡能力强，具有广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | To polyether ester, high fatty alcohol, mixed with liquid hydrocarbon, such as anti-foaming effect of several organic substances combined with a wide range of emulsifiers and other additives and the use of appropriate technology,Polyether ester / high-level fatty alcohol defoamer was prepared. The influence of each ingredient on defoaming effect was investigated and the optimal technological conditions for compounding and emulsifying were determined.The polyether ester is 8g, Mixed high-level fatty alcohol is 10g and two kinds of mixed liquid hydrocarbon is 30g.The defoamer can be used to defoam in papermaking industry with a broad application prospects. |
