| 摘 要： | 对决定ＰＴＡ半连续工艺生产ＢＨＥＴ产质量的两个主要影响因素─—反应温度及分馏塔水集收速率进行了分析．认为道生护供热不足，热交换器效率不高，酯化进料管位置不当，分馏塔存在壁流等是产生反应内温偏低及分馏塔水接收速率慢的主要原因。并提出了相应的改进措施。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the two main factors-reaction temperature and water collecting speed in the distillation tower-that might have influeneced the BHET production and quality in using PTA semi-continuous process. The main causes are thought to be insufficient heat from the dowtherm boiler, low efficiency of the heat enchanger, unsuitable feed tube position of the esterifitalion reactor and the existance of wall flow in the distillation tower. Relative measures are put forwotd for improvement. |
