基于微波技术的褐煤脱水实验研究

摘    要: 褐煤的脱水是褐煤利用的前提和基础,基于微波辐射的干燥原理,对内蒙古额吉褐煤进行微波干燥实验研究。考察了干燥时间、煤样粒径、微波功率、加热方式对褐煤脱水提质的影响,得到工艺条件为:干燥时间5min、微波功率720w、褐煤粒径3~6mm、加热方式为间歇加热,褐煤脱水率为64.10%。

Abstract:Lignite dehydration is a base prior to the use of lignite.Based on the theory and practice of microwave radiation drying,we have a study about lignite from eji,Inner Mongolia.We study how factors such as the drying time.coal particle size.Microwave power and Heating method can influence the dewatering upgradation of lignite.The results show that on the condition of drying time 5min,microwave power at 720W,coal particle size of 3 to 6,intermittent heating,the dehydration rate of the water content could be reached 64.10%.
