永磁调速器的涡流场分析与性能计算

摘    要:设计了一种单组结构的永磁调速器,通过对其进行静态磁场分析,得到了静态时导体环中磁通沿周向、径向及轴向的分布。然后建立了三维运动涡流场的有限元模型,理解了设备运行时涡流场的分布并对涡流进行了参数化分析。在此基础上分析了磁场间的耦合力分布,解决了轴向力失衡问题。通过实验测试,得到的实验特征参数关系曲线与有限元特征参数关系曲线相吻合,表明了所设计的永磁调速器有效、可行。

Abstract:An adjustable permanent magnetic coupler with single group structure is designed;the distribution of static magnetic flux in the conductor ring along circumferential direction,radial direction and axial direction is obtained through analyzing the static magnetic field of the adjustable permanent magnetic coupler.Then a finite-element model of 3D moving eddy current field is built,the distribution of eddy current field is comprehended and the parameters of eddy current are analyzed.Based on this,the distribution of the coupling force in the magnetic fields is analyzed;the problem of axial force imbalance is solved.The parameter trajectory curve is obtained from the experiment result and is in a good agreement with that derived from finite element analysis,which verifies the availability and feasibility of the adjustable permanent magnetic coupler.
