火焰喷涂铜铝镍石墨封严涂层工艺研究

摘    要:分析了一种中温可磨耗封严涂层材料的特性,并通过调整火焰喷涂工艺制备出不同硬度和形貌的涂层,分析了涂层的组织和相结构,探讨了材料和喷涂工艺对组织结构和基本性能的影响。研究结果表明,调整喷涂参数如送粉量、气体流量等对铜铝镍石墨涂层硬度、结合强度和抗热震性影响很大,如氧气流量加大会导致涂层硬度过高;送粉量越大,涂层硬度越低等。

Abstract:The author analyzes characteristics of a kind of medium temperature abradable coating material and through adjusting flame spraying process parameter prepares the coatings with different hardness and morphology, and analyses the coating of organization and phase structure. This paper probes into the influence of the material and spraying process to the organization structure and the basic properties. The results of the study show that adjusting the spraying parameters such as powder feeding quantity and gas flow will have a great of influence to the hardness, bending strength and thermal shock resistance of the aluminium bronze nickel graphite coating. For example, increasing oxygen flow will lead to hardness of the coating rising too high, and if the powder feeding quantity is bigger, the coating hardness is lower.
