摘    要:通过精益工艺设计,开发制造了一款焊装在线冲孔机构。该机构直接在夹具上增加大型气缸冲孔,从而代替冲压冲孔模具,可简化操作并省去冲孔模的开发及制作成本。该机构实现了焊装的在线冲孔技术,具有体积小、速度快、可放大冲击力及稳定可靠等优点。

Abstract:Though exactly designing, a new piercing equipment was developed and manufactured for welding line. Insteading of punching die, the equipment adds large cylinder in welding jig to pierce hole, it can simplify the operation and save the cost of punching dies. The equipment achieves the piercing technology in welding line, and it has the advantages of small volume, high speed, variable piercingpower, stable function and so on.
