果胶酶与纤维素酶对竹原纤维针织物进行精练的交互作用研究

摘    要:对竹原纤维针织物进行果胶酶与纤维素酶复合精练,通过单因子试验和考虑交互作用的正交试验设计,研究各指标对精练效果的影响,以及果胶酶与纤维素酶之间的交互作用。结果表明:果胶酶与纤维素酶之间的交互作用较为显著,复合精练的最佳工艺为果胶酶用量2.5g/L、纤维素酶用量1.5%(相对织物质量分数)、温度45℃、pH值为5.0、时间为60min。

Abstract:Cellulose and pectinase were applied in the scouring treatment of bamboo knitted fabric as compound enzyme. The effect of each factor on the scouring results and the degree of the interaction of cellulose and pectinase were discussed through single factor experiments and experimental design considering interaction. The results showed that the interaction of cellulose and pectinase was relatively conspicuity, and the optimal scouring process of cellulose and pectinase compound enzyme was pectinase 2.5 g/L, cellulose 1.5% (o. w. f), temperature 45 ℃, pH value 5.0, time 60 min.
