焊缝密封胶对车身密封性的影响研究

摘    要:为提高车身的密封性能,主机厂均采用焊缝密封胶进行焊缝的处理。然而钣金搭接形式、缝隙大小等因素都决定了焊缝密封胶的分布、形态、尺寸及用量。合理地进行焊缝密处理设计不仅可以提高整车的密封、防腐性能还能节约一定的成本。主要阐述了如何进行焊缝密封设计,特别是关键部位的密封处理,旨在合理、经济地进行整车密封处理。

Abstract:To improve the sealing performance of car body, the 0EMs make the welding line treatment with a seam sealant. However, the distribution, shape, size and amount of seam sealant depend on the factors such as sheet metal overlapping method, gap size, etc. A reasonable design of sealing treatment for welding line can not only improve a vehicle sealing and anti-corrosive performance but also reduce the considerable cost. How to carry out the sealing design of welding line was discussed in this paper, especially sealing treatment for key areas, which is aimed at making the vehicle sealing treatment reasonably and economically.
